Directions
A lot of our customers have expressed a desire to actually come see our wares and much to our astonishment, ourselves as well. Our shoppe hours are normally Monday through Saturday 10-3, evenings and Sundays by appointment. If you are in the neighborhood, don't be afraid to call (845-331-0567 or 845-340-0949) as I only live a half mile away from the shoppe. Weekends during faire season we may not be open so give a call before you drive up on those days.

A newly updated way to get to the new shoppe. We have moved to 319 Wall Street, Kingston, NY 12401 and these directions will now get you there.

From the North, Take NYS Thruway to Exit 19

From NJ, NYC and other points south, Get to NYS Thruway, go north to Exit 19

From CT, Mass, and points East (of Us), Get to 84 West, go to Newburgh NY, Take NYS Thruway to Exit 19 (sound familiar?)

Section II
At exit 19 you will be presented with a traffic circle or roundabout, To get to the Holiday Inn, (a popular choice for our customers) take the second (2) exit off the Circle/roundabout, the Inn will be about a half mile on the right side; To get to the shoppe, also take the second exit (2), not the first nor the third, but the second. This is Washington Avenue. Proceed in a nearly careful fashion (as the local gendarmes are on the lookout for speeders) through two traffic lights, and get in the left lane at the third (North Front street). Make this left. You are now in the historic stockade district which the British burned in 1777 or so. Don't look for any burned out buildings, you won't see them anymore. The first right you come to will not be Crown Street. The second, however, is. At this point there are choices to be made:
Due to recent expansions in the parking lot requirements of one of our fellow tenants, the parking lot behind the shoppe will NOT be available during the normal weekday (Monday through Friday, 9-5 or so), so please keep this in mind when coming to visit us.
1) On the left, just before you make this right, there is a municipal parking lot. You may park here if you don't mind walking or if the streets appear particularly crowded. It is about two blocks from us. Walk up North Front Street in the direction you were driving in. Cross over to Wall Street and we will be on the right about halfway down the block. 2) During the weekend and late afternoon weekdays, make the right onto Crown Street. If you have a cellphone, pull into the first parking lot on the left (reasonably good sized with reserved parking for Standard furniture, which is where you may park (Standard does not exist anymore). Call us at 845-331-0567, and we will let you in. 2) if you do not have a cellphone, you can pull into the parking lot on the left, park and walk to North Front, turn right, walk to Wall Street, turn right and walk to the shoppe and ask for us! You may also continue on Crown street to John Street, make a left (you have to, its a one way street) and turn left at Wall street (you have to, its a one way again) and begin a nearly futile search for parking. Should you be lucky enough to find a space, or mighty enough to force someone to move their pitiful excuse for a vehicle, proceed to the shoppe. Parking on the street and in the municipal lots is free for two hours. Thank you for attention to these directions and don't be afraid to call if you are lost. We've been lost and can commiserate.
